Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of premium men’s wallets, backpacks, and crossbody bags, which is why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return or exchange the products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. This includes all tags, labels, and accessories that came with the product. Wallets must be free from scratches, scuffs, or damage to zippers or closures; the interior must be clean and free from any signs of use. Backpacks must be unused, with no scratches on the surface, intact straps, and no signs of wear on zippers or hardware. Crossbody bags must be free from scuffs, tears, or damage to straps or hardware, and the interior must be clean. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: First, ensure the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. Then, request a return authorization by following the instructions on our website—this helps us process your return quickly and efficiently. Once you have received your return authorization number, package the product securely in its original packaging (or a suitable alternative) and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product is eligible, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. For exchanges, we will ship the new product to you as soon as possible, with standard shipping included (expedited shipping is available for an additional fee). Certain products are non-returnable, including personalized items (if applicable) and products that have been customized to your specifications. We also do not accept returns of clearance or final sale items, unless they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We may ask for photos of the damage to assist with processing your claim. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover the cost of return shipping if necessary. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the eligibility criteria, or if we suspect fraud or misuse of our return policy.
